Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients effectively, while creating and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing rigorous follow-up to ensure the success of treatment protocols.

• Prepare and document detailed session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in line with organizational standards to maintain clinical integrity.

• Utilize creative therapeutic methods and interventions to help clients achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in collaborative service coordination with case managers, schools, medical professionals, and family members to optimize our clients’ support systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while effectively communicating with them regarding their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. As a key player in our team, you will address various mental health concerns related to family dynamics, individual struggles, and other social factors. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
