Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective client interventions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client condition or feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients managing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will have the opportunity to assist vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse.
