Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and walks of life. The client population may include those facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to connect with clients compassionately and empathetically will be key to fostering the therapeutic alliance necessary for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Valid, unrestricted Clinical License (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
