Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand client needs, followed by the development of tailored therapy plans that address specific goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that encourage participation, promote trust, and foster open communication among clients.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on the progress and feedback received from clients during therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes in our secure electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including individuals and families dealing with various challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your role will not only involve individual therapy but also family therapy sessions where you can guide clients through dynamics and improve relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current Maryland licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
