Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic interventions based on each client's unique background and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systemic family therapy.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, adjusting as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring each client’s progress is accurately documented.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance therapeutic efficacy and stay informed on new developments in mental health care.

• Participate in continuous education, training, and team-building activities to foster professional growth and maintain licensure requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in Maryland.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that you are equipped to deliver effective interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster meaningful relationships with clients and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques or populations, such as trauma-informed care or children and adolescents, will be considered favourably. Experience in crisis intervention and a willingness to work with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Restoring Lives Counseling offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 - $110,000 , commensurate with experience.
