Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, gathering essential background information to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based modalities including, but not limited to, EFT, Gottman, DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland state laws and Key Well Counseling's policies.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings to enhance collaborative care and professional growth.

• Work collaboratively with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Uphold the ethical and legal standards of practice, ensuring that you maintain your LCMFT licensure in good standing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with diverse clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to engage with various demographics, understanding their needs and tailoring therapies that resonate with their cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally covering diverse age groups and settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy for couples, families, and children will be advantageous.

• Proficiency or certification in one or more evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, EFT, Gottman, DBT, or CBT.

• Exceptional clinical judgment, cultural competence, and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
