This position is designed to be entirely remote, providing flexibility for our therapists to work from home while still maintaining a strong connection with clients. Additionally, therapists will have the option to engage in telemedicine and in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy for each partner, focusing on holistic treatment strategies that consider the dynamics of the family system.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies to address psychological issues while fostering open communication among family members.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Documenting progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training to foster professional development and improve therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, adults, and adolescents. Your role will specifically focus on:

• Facilitating conflict resolution in family dynamics, including blended families.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
