Work Environment\n

This remote work position allows you to integrate your clinical practice into your lifestyle while still being part of a vibrant team culture. Although you'll primarily work from home, we encourage regular virtual team meetings and peer consultations to foster collaboration and continuous learning. Your work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which facilitates a healthy work-life balance. You will participate in an innovative group practice model with a focus on community mental health.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that lead to the development of customized treatment plans, considering each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all client communications.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations to develop comprehensive care strategies.

• Engage in ongoing supervision or peer support groups to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Maintain a focus on client confidentiality, upholding the highest ethical and legal standards while practicing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This position is ideal for therapists who appreciate working with individuals from various backgrounds and with different mental health needs, including trauma recovery, relationship challenges, anxiety management, and life transitions. You will play a critical role in supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, although newly licensed therapists may also be considered depending on the specific role.

• Strong clinical competencies in treating issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

• Experience working with a variety of client populations, demonstrating cultural competence and adaptability.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage clinical documentation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, accompanied by robust communication and organizational abilities.
