Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of issues.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient or family unit.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively manage and treat challenges such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment approaches.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents, addressing various psychological and behavioral challenges. The focus will be on improving the family dynamics and mental health of individuals experiencing:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
