Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and revise comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' unique needs, therapeutic goals, and evidence-based practices.

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's situation.

• Evaluate and monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as warranted to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions, guiding each patient through their specific challenges, whether related to mental health, relationships, or family dynamics.

• Facilitate parent support groups, focusing on creating a nurturing environment for parents navigating challenges, including those related to placement and adoption matters.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation to comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. This role requires sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by clients, including those impacted by trauma, substance exposure, and familial dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation with an active state license.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years, candidates with additional experience in family therapy, adolescent mental health, or integrated care models will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
