Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather client histories and understand their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and communication therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their goals and aspirations.

• Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in psychoeducation sessions to teach clients about mental health, coping strategies, and skills necessary for relationship improvement.

• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our treatment programs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is a must.

• A valid MFT license in the state of New Jersey is required.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, enabling you to provide the highest level of care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
