As a remote outpatient facility, our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing a combination of individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth.

• Document treatment progress diligently, preparing session notes, treatment reviews, and further diagnoses in compliance with our clinic's policies.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices to empower clients to reach their mental health objectives.

• Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, and family members to coordinate care and amplify treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our clinic includes a wide variety of clients spanning children, adolescents, couples, and families. Many clients face unique challenges stemming from incarceration, trauma, or community-based factors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current and active state licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
