Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Monitor client progress systematically, making adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, including vulnerable populations such as homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Your ability to approach these clients with empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude is essential in building therapeutic rapport and fostering healing.

• Possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
