Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools and techniques to identify clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans that promote health and recovery.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailored to the individual client's goals.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at informing clients about mental health issues and facilitating peer support.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create an integrated approach to patient care.

• Respond to patients in crisis by providing immediate support and developing crisis management strategies to ensure safety and emotional stability.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
