This role is performed remotely, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from a location that is convenient for you. While the position primarily operates during traditional business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate the unique needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing culturally sensitive techniques to capture the unique experiences of each patient, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are individually tailored, ensuring they are respectful and responsive to patients' cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Provide direct therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to guarantee comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, explaining treatment options and available community resources to enhance understanding and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards regarding patient information.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance the level of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, coupled with a committed focus on cultural competence in therapeutic approaches.

• Significant experience providing individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
