Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Radiant Path, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering both individual and familial well-being. Your daily duties will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, offering both joint and individual counseling to address relationship dynamics.
\n
• Evaluating and assessing clients’ needs to craft personalized treatment plans targeting issues such as grief, trauma, and addiction.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to guide individuals and families through difficulties, promoting communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and family members to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
\n
• Documenting sessions and progress in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing a diverse range of challenges, including:

• Alcohol and substance abuse recovery.

• Healing from physical and psychological trauma.
\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
