Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, ensuring comprehensive understanding from the outset.

• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and client goals to facilitate meaningful progress.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
