Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Each client presents unique circumstances, and you will take a person-centered approach, integrating cultural competencies into your therapy practice to address their specific needs adequately.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Must hold an active LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Proven experience working with a diverse client population, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

• Strong proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on building rapport and professionally collaborating with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
