Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to conduct therapy sessions in a conducive and comfortable setting for both therapists and clients. While team meetings and training sessions will occur in our outpatient office in Bel Air, the freedom to work from home reduces the barriers to providing consistent care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life integration for our employees.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, employing approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and systemic family therapies.

• Develop and continuously revise personalized treatment plans, taking into account progress and client feedback.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to enhance the overall quality of care and coordinate treatment strategies.

• Participate in weekly case consultations and team meetings to share insights, obtain peer support, and foster professional relationships.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops for clients and their families to equip them with coping mechanisms and strategies for healthier relationships.

You will engage with a diverse client population that includes individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Required: A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position comes with a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
