Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, history, and goals to develop tailored therapy plans.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in conditions and treatment goals.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA and other legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of direct clinical experience working as a licensed therapist. Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital health solutions is preferred, as our practice incorporates modern technology to reach and support our clients effectively.
