Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Desert Mind Behavioral Health Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address the specific concerns presented by clients, leveraging therapeutic techniques that resonate with their cultural backgrounds.

• Educating clients about the influence of behaviors and family dynamics on their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland, along with all state-mandated credentials.

• Demonstrated understanding of family therapy principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration among clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or with similar patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
