Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the needs of clients through comprehensive evaluations and create tailored therapy plans that address unique individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide discussions and interventions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and maintain confidentiality in line with ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to sharpen clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapy methodologies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure a holistic approach in care planning and treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that may include individuals facing issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflicts. Your work will be integral in guiding clients toward healthier relationships and improved mental well-being. You will actively participate in community outreach programs aimed at educating and providing resources to those in need.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid and active LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland is required.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systems Theory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy services, demonstrating a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
