Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand client needs, preferences, and backgrounds, and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously while adhering to confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
