As an LMFT at My Possibilities, you will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team that spans various specialties within mental health care. Our remote work setting is designed to provide you with the resources and collegial support you need to thrive. We utilize advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate seamless therapy sessions, ensuring that our clients receive consistent care regardless of their geography. Our flexible schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM , allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through a blend of face-to-face and telehealth modalities, honing evidence-based practices that lead to lasting change.

• Maintain meticulous client records and treatment documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, case managers, and social workers, to coordinate integrated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives to remain current with evolving best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse client population facing various challenges such as relationship difficulties, familial conflicts, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
