Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive client assessments, utilizing evidence-based techniques to understand individual and family dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating clients’ goals and preferences, while adhering to clinical best practices.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions (individual, couple, and family) that foster a safe and trusting environment.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any modifications in the plan.

• Participate in regular case conferences and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, multidisciplinary support for clients.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with industry advancements, methodologies, and therapeutic tools.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
