Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to facilitate their mental and emotional growth.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions as well as couples and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress while adhering to confidentiality standards set forth by health regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest clinical practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing relationship challenges, families navigating life transitions, and couples seeking to strengthen their connections. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is required.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland is essential for this role.
