Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand each individual’s particular needs, strengths, and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve treating a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. You'll be instrumental in helping clients cultivate healthier relationships and coping mechanisms, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Maryland, ensuring compliance with state teaching standards.

• Experience in utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a community health or clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to work successfully with diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits\n
