Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Engage actively in case consultations with peers and supervisors to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active LMFT license in Maryland, with a thorough understanding of state regulations and ethical standards.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
