Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs to develop initial and ongoing individualized therapy plans that adhere to documented best practices.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting therapeutic techniques and goals in response to individual circumstances and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

• A solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively manage client interactions and administrative duties.
