Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to explore their feelings and perspectives regarding challenges within their relationships, whether with a significant other or family members.

• Deliver weekly counseling sessions focused on various issues such as divorce, custody disputes, mental health concerns, and financial stressors that affect clients' relationships.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies and techniques, empowering clients to identify their coping strategies and develop practical solutions for daily conflicts.

• Create personalized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments and maintain regular documentation of progress and successful interventions using our client management system.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and school counselors, to develop integrated treatment strategies that best support each client's needs.

• Evaluate children during court-mandated sessions and provide informed recommendations for custody evaluations.

• Assist clients in accessing community resources, such as housing services and financial aid, to facilitate their personal and relational growth.

• Participate in professional development initiatives, including leading workshops for colleagues on managing stress and enhancing client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
