Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the unique needs of clients and collaboratively develop personalized therapy plans that address their specific mental health and emotional challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with professional and ethical confidentiality standards.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to best meet the needs of diverse clients.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities and training, working towards continuous improvement of therapeutic skills and knowledge, as well as engaging in case consultations with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
