Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify emotional, psychological, and relational issues, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions for clients through various modalities, including individual therapy, couple's counseling, and family therapy.

• Document client progress accurately and maintain records in compliance with local regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and medical professionals, to create an integrated care plan that comprehensively addresses client needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and supervision sessions to remain current with industry best practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFT will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance use challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing culturally sensitive and individualized therapy that encourages open communication and promotes healing within families and relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated experience in therapy practices, particularly evidence-based approaches that enhance client outcomes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connection with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years providing direct therapeutic services in a clinical or outpatient setting, with a focus on couples and family therapy.

• Experience using telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
