Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions for clients, while also facilitating couples therapy and family sessions to address relationship dynamics.

• Assessing clients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.
\n
• Specializing in various therapeutic issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, adjustment to separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at improving mental health and fostering positive behavioral change.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards in all interactions.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on working with couples, families, and individuals facing significant life transitions. You will address issues stemming from alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication barriers. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
