Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement detailed treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure the delivery of holistic and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, executing risk assessments and devising safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and providing thorough case management support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
