Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address client needs, including crisis and pre-crisis intervention strategies.

• Prepare and submit required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and uphold the highest quality of care.
\n
• Serve as an essential liaison between clients and relevant services, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels to meet contractual expectations and uphold the mission of our organization within the community.
\n
• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, along with private organizations, to identify and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending conferences and training while representing the agency at statewide meetings and task forces.
\n
• Promote and integrate the agency’s core mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions, both internally and externally.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rising Ground Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use, and clients living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding these individuals towards recovery and personal empowerment, supporting their journeys toward sustainable wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current and independent LMHC license in Washington State is mandatory; candidates licensed in other states will be supported through reimbursement for licensure fees.

Compensation and Benefits\n
