You will engage in a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, considering factors such as severity, frequency, and duration for tailored intervention strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on their specific goals and preferences while employing evidence-based methods.

• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in established practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), targeting mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, their treatment options, and necessary self-care strategies to foster recovery.

• Track clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating competency in working with mood disorders.

• Familiarity with relevant evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is essential.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and its implications in treating mood disorders.
