Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, while also offering individual therapy as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address various issues including trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and substance abuse.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
