Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to better inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create tailored treatment strategies that align with their personal goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to treat a broad spectrum of mood disorders.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care techniques that promote mental wellbeing.

• Track and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work integratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to our clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Breakthrough Healthcare Wellness, you will work primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing their diverse needs and circumstances. Your role will ensure that clients feel understood and supported in their journey toward recovery and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
