Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that promote their well-being.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities designed to facilitate personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Engage with clients in setting therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, ensuring accountability and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Fully licensed and credentialed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related mental health field.

• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services, with a focus on adult, child, and/or adolescent populations.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe, empathetic, and inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Technologically savvy and comfortable using clinical software for teletherapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
