Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and foster a positive, trusting rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders.

The patients you will work with at Ellie Counseling Center include individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and diverse life experiences. The diversity of our client base requires a LMFT who is empathetic, adaptable, and skilled in culturally responsive care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on qualifications and experience.
