Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in mental health and medical rounds, assessing patients as assigned to guide treatment and intervention strategies.

• Engage in case conferences and contribute to comprehensive treatment planning for clients receiving mental health services.

• Conduct mental health evaluations, crisis intervention assessments, and provide follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes.

• Assess and coordinate patient care to facilitate appropriate mental health services, including determining disposition for patients requiring specialized care.

• Collaborate with Reentry Social Workers on discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and access to resources following patient discharge.

• Develop and deliver group therapy sessions for various populations, focusing on psychoeducation and therapeutic engagement.

• Complete all requisite documentation and statistical reports to maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Supervise social work interns or student volunteers to foster professional development and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with your Clinical Supervisor to reflect on clinical practices and enhance professional growth.
