Your responsibilities will include providing therapy sessions that can take place in clients’ homes or at our outpatient center, ensuring you have the support and resources you need to be successful in your role. With a robust caseload based on your availability and experience, the salary range for this position is an attractive $80,000 to $104,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized in-home therapy sessions or group therapy sessions at our outpatient center, adapting therapeutic techniques based on client needs.

• Provide comprehensive support in areas such as anger management, coping strategies, and social skills development, particularly for youth facing behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with the Child Family Treatment Team, maintaining consistent communication with other professionals to develop a holistic support system for youth and families.
\n
• Facilitate sessions that focus on enhancing decision-making skills among youths and caregivers, thereby equipping them to handle in-home behavioral dynamics more effectively.

• Document all required records, including intake evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely manner to ensure seamless communication and compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in monthly team meetings, where you will provide insights and recommendations for program improvement and client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California is a must.

• A commitment to working a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during post-school hours (4-7 PM).

• Current valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for travel to client homes for in-home sessions.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory.
