Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote role, allowing flexibility while maintaining effective client engagement. Our therapists operate within an outpatient office framework, where collaboration with other mental health professionals is encouraged. You will have access to digital tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless therapy sessions and to maintain comprehensive client records securely. While the schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, some variability might be needed to accommodate the diverse availability of our client base.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to meet client needs.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional states, and develop personalized treatment plans that support their goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate closely with other team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress in compliance with organizational and state regulations, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to review cases, discuss progress, and refine healing strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults, including various familial structures. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your contribution as an LMFT will play a vital role in guiding clients toward emotional stability and healthier relationships, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services is essential.

• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
