Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through live video sessions to individual adult clients on a weekly basis, tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and other counselors to develop integrated treatment plans that promote holistic well-being.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal progress tracking systems to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular team consultations to share insights and receive guidance, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

• Documentation of all sessions, treatment progress, and follow-up plans in adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counseling Specialist, you will work primarily with adult clients, including those facing higher risk situations and a variety of mental health challenges. You will provide culturally responsive care to ensure that all individuals—regardless of their background—feel understood and supported in their therapeutic journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, with applicable licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW from an accredited program.

• At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally competent care, welcoming all populations without bias.

• Proficient in using technology for clinical practice, with a positive attitude towards integrating digital tools into therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of recent experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions tailored for diverse adult mental health issues.

• Experience working with higher risk populations and conducting risk assessments in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
