Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling to adults suffering from mild to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship troubles, and grief.

• Utilize various forms of communication, including video or audio calls, online journaling, and clinical worksheets, to engage clients effectively.

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on your clinical judgment and expertise.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records according to organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At CaptivatingButterfly, our clients primarily consist of low-acuity adults who are seeking support for mild mental health conditions. We aim to create a safe space for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, among other issues. Importantly, our platform does not handle severe mental health cases or children, allowing you to focus on the demographics you are most passionate about.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Washington State.

• Reliable internet access and a working phone, along with a computer (PC or laptop; tablets are not acceptable).
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous telehealth experience is highly regarded, especially using digital communication tools for patient interaction.

• Comfortable working independently and making informed clinical decisions.

• Experience in treating clients with issues of anxiety, depression, and other low-acuity mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, enabling them to maintain their health and well-being.
