Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring interventions based on patient needs and histories.

• Assess new client histories to determine appropriate treatment pathways in collaboration with the clients and their families.

• Engage in program development activities in consultation with the Clinical Director, aiming to create valuable therapeutic initiatives.

• Be an integral member of the credentialing committee, ensuring high standards in clinician qualifications and patient care.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, making adjustments based on continuous assessment of client progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment effectiveness in electronic health records.

• Perform various tasks as assigned, contributing to team efforts in enhancing client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspire Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges, including developmental differences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, with valid licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.
