Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnose patients based on psychiatric evaluations, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual's unique mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and continuously evaluate clinical treatment programs for Health Plan members suffering from acute or chronic mental health disorders.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention services, to effectively address immediate and long-term mental health concerns.

• Prepare comprehensive intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries, while maintaining up-to-date and secure confidential records of each patient’s progress.

• Collaborate closely with prescribing physicians to evaluate patients for psychotropic medication, guiding them through the complexities of medication adherence within your scope of practice.

• Offer support and guidance to patients' families, helping them understand treatment processes and how best to aid in their loved one's recovery.

• Engage in consultation with other healthcare providers and mental health professionals to promote an integrated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n
