Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize diverse psychotherapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy based on the client's specific needs.

• Monitor and assess client progress through data-driven approaches while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Deliver crisis management effectively, demonstrating strong diagnostic and clinical capabilities to assess immediate client needs.
\n
• Function independently while exercising sound judgment in making clinical decisions that contribute to client care and outcomes.
\n
• Engage in regular follow-up sessions—weekly or biweekly—to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with case management to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Braver Perspective, you will work with a variety of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, PTSD, trauma-related issues, and grief. You will be expected to approach each client with empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, adjusting your therapeutic techniques based on their individual preferences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) compliant with Washington state regulations.
\n
• Proficient in multiple psychotherapy modalities and knowledgeable about a wide range of mental health diagnoses.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, effectively managing interruptions and maintaining focus on client care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, as confirmed by a third-party verification.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with telehealth technologies and online communication tools to enhance client engagement.

• Familiarity with various mental health assessment tools and treatment planning methodologies.

• Previous work in outpatient settings or community mental health organizations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
