Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. You will conduct live video sessions using state-of-the-art teletherapy platforms, ensuring access to mental health services for clients regardless of their physical location. You will work within a supportive outpatient framework, offering you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a variety of professionals while having the autonomy to manage your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. This helps eliminate the stress of on-call work, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care during your designated hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video to support individual adults in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution, with current licensure as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
