Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead crisis intervention and management to assist clients in acute distress.
\n
• Deliver face-to-face and telehealth services, accommodating client preferences and needs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with state and federal privacy regulations, including adherence to HIPAA standards.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical interdisciplinary meetings to enhance service delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and conferences to advance professional skills and stay updated on industry practices.

• Maintain licensure in good standing and comply with ongoing professional development requirements.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments including GAIN, LOCUS, crisis planning, clinical summaries, and treatment planning to craft effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide case management, advocacy, and coordinate resources to empower clients in their recovery journeys.
\n
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns, ensuring high standards of care are met.
\n
• Participate in after-hours on-call services as necessary, along with weekend and holiday coverage shifts to maintain service continuity.

The client population encompasses a broad range of demographics, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance addiction disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a human services-related field is required.

• Current licensure in the District of Columbia as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
